With a background in business and a passion for filmmaking, he brings together the creative and commercial sides of content, making sure every project looks great while serving a clear purpose for the business.
From the initial idea through to the final edit, Joseph oversees the creative process and ensures every piece of content meets the JACKsBACK standard.
Michelle Howard

Michelle brings the strategy behind the content.
With experience building and managing social media platforms with audiences of over 100,000 followers, she understands what makes people stop, watch and engage.
Michelle works alongside clients to understand their brand, audience and goals, helping shape content that isn't just visually strong, but designed to perform across today's digital platforms.

Drone Specialist | Sound Designer
John brings a specialist eye and ear to every production.
As our drone specialist and sound designer, he creates the aerial footage and audio that add another level of depth and production value to our work.
